For 20 years in corporate sales, I was brilliant at achieving. I knew how to push, perform, hit targets, solve problems and make things happen.
I’d taken all the courses, listened to the podcasts and tried enough strategies to qualify for some kind of personal-development loyalty card. But I’d unknowingly turned my whole life into something to manage.

Times can vary depending on seasons but they are usually Monday/Tuesday nights at 7pm UK time
What if I can’t make them live?
No problem. All masterclasses are available for replay within 24 hours. Support call replays are also available on request and will be emailed directly to you.
Do I need to be at a certain level in business?
Not at all. The Frequency isn’t about hitting specific milestones - it’s about who you’re being as you build. Yes, you can cancel at any time. However, this is a 6 month / annual membership for a reason. You've created patterns and habits over a lifetime which are creating you results and it can take time to embody sustainable change for different results. There are no refunds, as this honours both your commitment and the energetic integrity of the space. Your success is inevitable. Time is the only variable.
