I’m Claire Sewell — Coach, Mentor and Energetics Practitioner. But more than that, I’m a woman who knows what it means to build something real from the inside out. Back in 2020, after years of part-time coaching, I had all the courses, all the tools and all the strategies but still, my business felt like a constant uphill battle. I was doing everything right on paper, yet the results didn’t match the effort. I didn't realise it but I was overgiving and out of alignment. Things changed when I stopped trying to force success and started following something deeper — my Frequency.
When I learned how to lead from energy, not just action… When I stopped pushing and started trusting… When I anchored into my own truth instead of chasing someone else’s blueprint… That’s when my entire life transformed. Today, I run a business that honours my pace, my power and my purpose. I follow the sun around the world, work with heart-aligned clients I love and created a life of freedom, service, and joy, all while staying rooted in my feminine flow.

When are the live calls?
Live calls are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 1:30pm (UK time).
What if I can’t make them live?
No problem. All masterclasses are available for replay within 24 hours. Support call replays are also available on request and will be emailed directly to you.
Do I need to be at a certain level in business?
Not at all. The Frequency isn’t about hitting specific milestones — it’s about who you’re being as you build. Energetics shape everything: your decisions, your message, your offers, your leadership, and the way you navigate challenges.
