Live Webinar Session has ended now.

If your life looks full on paper - work, responsibility, people who rely on you - and yet something inside you feels tight, rushed, or internally full…
This webinar is for you.

Overwhelm isn’t coming from your to-do list. And it’s not something you can fix by pushing through, doing less or getting better at coping.
In this live session, we’ll explore a different lens of overwhelm, one that explains why two people can hold the same responsibilities, live similar lives and have completely different internal experiences. Why one feels tight, pressured and depleted… and the other feels grounded, resourced and spacious.

What we'll look at:

What overwhelm is actually signalling, (and what it’s not)
The invisible line between holding life from contraction versus overflow
Why ambitious women often become the energetic container for everything, without realising the cost
And what needs to shift internally to dissolve the feeling of overwhelm in the body

Learn to hold the life you have, with more spaciousness.

Hey, I'm Claire - and here's why I've created this webinar...

I’ve been noticing something again and again lately. Highly capable women - intelligent, responsible and emotionally aware - are struggling with overwhelm right now.

Not because they can’t cope or they're doing anything wrong, (although they often think that they are).

After five years of coaching, studying and teaching the law of energetics, I’ve seen that most of what we’re taught about overwhelm misses the real cause.

So women do what capable women do best: they push, adapt, self-correct and subtly start to gaslight themselves with thoughts like: "Why can everyone else seem to hold this level of busyness? What’s wrong with me that I can’t?"

That shame is unnecessary and it’s based on a misunderstanding.

In this masterclass, I’m sharing a different way of understanding overwhelm. One that doesn’t pathologise you, doesn’t ask you to do less and doesn’t rely on productivity tactics or time management. We’re going to the root.

When you understand what overwhelm actually is, energetically, your relationship to it changes. And when your relationship to it changes, your experience of it changes too.
